Lanscript Technologies Pvt. Ltd has started the journey on Information Technology
at -- October 2008 setting the target on providing services in the field of Software and LAN.
Unlike other companies it is striving ahead to be a multiple service rendering IT based organization
in Bangladesh and abroad. The domain hosting and webpage designing of Lanscript is constructed in
Canada and an individual wing is running its operations in Toronto for the last couple of months.
In Canada it became Lanscript Inc.
Rite now the company is focusing the services like domain hosting and registration, webpage designing, LAN auditing and infrastructure, application software development and database development. In addition, the company is trying to give IT support to any of its clients when it is required. During the services the company is adamant to provide necessary accessories and software if it is asked for that, from the clients.
As a newcomer in Information Technology Lanscript is budgeting for the R&D and looking forward to make it happen in no time.
Our Service Summary
Hardware: Setup, maintenance & services, repair & upkeep of Desktop PC or Laptop hardware; software or firmware updates and configuration changes; Hardware negations and addition. Network Printer sharing or Print Server configuration and repairing. Also we will provide additional services that are necessary to ensure the Hardware’s are operational.
Software: Installation, maintenance service and restore MS-Windows Operating System; Software updates & repairs, Configuration changes. Internet/Other application software’s and other services that is necessary to ensure that the PCs are functional and capable of computing and communicating.
Internet: Maintenance services; troubleshoot and repair or remove virus, cookies, temp/junk files, caches, spy wears, Explorer (Browsers), Messengers, Firewalls, POP Email software (Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, etc), Backup and restore Emails data, TCP/IP configuration and maintenance and other services to ensure that the network is capable to access Internet.
Response time: We will visit our honorable client minimum twice a week. On emergency, service at one location will be within 2 hours. Service restoration time may be within 4 hours. Global Online will be the technical point of contact for any service degradation or interruption at the client site. Hardware repair depends on hardware vendor support.
